Vivalto Santé

Vivalto Santé, formed in 2009 by Daniel Caille, is the third largest private clinic and hospital operator in France, with 50 facilities in six main regional centres of excellence: Brittany, Normandy, Ile-de-France, Loire-Aquitaine, Hauts-de-France and Franche-Comté. It employs more than 10,000 people and 3,000 practitioners and produces revenue in excess of one billion euros. Vivalto Santé has enjoyed strong growth in the past ten years. Its appeal lies in a unique business model that hinges on a medical and shareholding partnership that brings together its practitioners and financial investors within a shared governance structure.

The latest funding round, in which Cèdre took part at the end of 2021, gives Vivalto Santé the means to achieve its goal of becoming the sector's first entreprise à mission (similar to a B corp), the backbone of ambitious sustainable growth across the entire healthcare journey.
