Seguin

Created in 1976, Seguin is a French family-owned business specialising in producing and selling wood heating units: chimneys, wood stoves, wood pellet stoves, hearths and inserts. The Group offers the widest range of units on the market, consisting of its own brands (Seguin, JC Bordelet, HWAM, Thermolab, etc.) and those of its partners (Piazzetta, Vermont Castings, Lohberger, etc.). It also has an exceptionally wide distribution network consisting of more than 150 professional dealers including more than 75 exclusive partners. Thanks to its competitive advantages, Seguin is the market leader in France and has an international network of dealers that it wishes to expand.

At the end of 2019, in the context of our investment in the K2 Business Club managed by Capital Croissance, we contributed to the acquisition of the shares held by non-operating family shareholders. We are pleased to be able to support Seguin in continuing its growth and accelerating the expansion of its international network.
