Founded in 2015, each One is an entreprise à mission (French equivalent of a benefit corporation) that offers innovative training for refugees and newcomers in France. Its goal is to facilitate their integration by helping them secure stable employment suited to their skills.

As a parallel to this, each One provides a turnkey solution that enables companies to recruit new, unique and trained talent, reinforce their employees’ engagement and pride, improve their employer brand and make diversity a strategic lever.

In 2023, Cèdre participated in a financing round alongside Caisse des Dépôts, BNP Impact, Ring Capital, 50 Partners and Inco to accelerate the company’s development.
