Founded in 2013, JD2M (jedeclaremonmeuble.com), is the French leader in tax return solutions for lessors who operate non-professional furnished rentals (LMNP) and professional furnished rentals (LMP). The JD2M software is a reliable solution to simplify tax returns for lessors.

JD2M has enjoyed strong growth in recent years (+30% per year), driven by a growing supply of furnished rental properties, an increase in the proportion of lessors filing their tax returns under the itemized scheme (régime réel) as opposed to the non-itemized scheme (micro-BIC), and the digititalisation of bookkeeping.

In early 2023, Cèdre invested in the company as part of an MBI (search fund) transaction, alongside Stéfano Demari and Victor Peltier. Building on their prior experience, these investors aim to pursue strong growth in its current business and to extend its range of services and solutions.
