Formed in 2011 in Bordeaux, ID&AL Groupe specialises in multi-occupancy housing development and has also branched out into the renovation market.

Since its creation, ID&AL Groupe has delivered nearly 1,750 homes through 50 programmes, most of which are located in the south-west of France.

The company has positioned itself as a next-generation, agile and responsible operator that is in tune with the aspirations local elected officials have for their communities in terms of urban development and environmental performance.

ID&AL Groupe has around one hundred employees spread across its five regional branches.
