Founded in 2019 by Matthieu Batteur and Johan Bonnet, Les Petits Culottés is a French brand offering natural and eco-friendly diapers as well as organic infant formula, sold through a subscription model.

The brand offers products of above-average quality at competitive prices, enabled by a fabless model and a direct-to-consumer distribution strategy (without intermediaries).

The company is committed to minimizing its environmental footprint through local sourcing and to ensuring the quality of its products by publishing quarterly toxicological reports conducted by an independent laboratory.

Cèdre invested alongside the founders and Quilvest in October 2025, with the objective of supporting the group’s development in France and internationally.
